Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the betjle platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and betjle.

Introduction and General Terms

betjle (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "betjle") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below.

Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on betjle. Use of the betjle platform by minors is strictly prohibited. This service is available to those aged 21 and above only.

Age Verification: betjle may request a copy of a government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport to verify a user's age at any time. The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

  • Each user may hold only one account on betjle.
  • Creating multiple accounts using the same person, family, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
  • If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.
  • betjle reserves the right to confiscate the balance of duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information Provided at Registration

Users must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account. In the event of false information being provided, betjle reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate all funds.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on betjle via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.

  • The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.
  • Deposited funds must come from the user's own registered payment account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Suspicious transactions will not be processed until verified by betjle.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawal Timeframe: All successful withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Requests made outside banking hours or during periods of high traffic may take slightly longer.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the user's own registered payment account.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • betjle reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

betjle maintains a strict policy against money laundering, terrorism financing, and other financial crimes. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

betjle offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Bonuses can only be used on games approved by betjle.
  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (based on the deposit and bonus amount combined).
  • There is a specific time limit to meet the wagering requirement — this is stated with each offer.
  • The maximum bet amount per single wager from a bonus balance may be restricted.
  • betjle reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse.

4.3 VIP Program Terms

betjle's VIP program has four tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the betjle platform operate on the basis of fair play principles. Each game provider's own rules apply and can be found in the description section of the relevant game.

  • If a technical error occurs during a game session, betjle reserves the right to void that round and return the stake.
  • Claims of false winnings displayed due to software errors will not be accepted.

  • Playing using bots, automated software, or any other unfair method is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following terms apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events:

  • Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • In the event of any dispute relating to an event, betjle's decision will be considered final.
  • Odds in live betting may change at any time.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjle platform and may result in permanent account closure if violated:

  • Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
  • Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to exploit the platform through collusion or coordinated group activity.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Operating an account using a false identity.
  • Engaging in any activity that has a harmful effect on the platform's operations.
Consequences: If found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, betjle reserves the right to close the account without notice, confiscate all balances, and take legal action.
